Assistant to International Office
Responsibilities:
 
* General Office Daily Support 
* Documents Management Support 
* Flights and Hotels Booking 
* Arrangement and Scheduled for Meetings and Business Trips 
* Mailing Marketing Materials to International Companies, Agents and   
* International Schools in China 
* Mailing Offer Letters Packages to International Students 
* Perform Internet Searches 
* Data Input 
* Other Administration Support
 
Requirement:

* University Graduated Students preferably Major in English
* English Level: CET 4 or equivalent (excellent spoken and written English) 
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. 
* Good interpersonal skills, pleasant looking and well-presented 
* Good communication skills 
* Self-motivated and willing to study
Admission Consultant (Qingdao Office)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment of students
- Achieve sales target
- Provide counseling on related courses and design customised Personal Development Plan for individual students
- Customer Relationship Management involving database construction, updating and maintenance
 
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor qualification
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant looking and well-presented
- Strong English & Chinese language communication skills
- Self-motivated and work under high pressure
- With at least 2 years of successful sales track record, preferably in education industry
 
职责:
- 负责有关课程的招生工作

- 为学生以及家长提供各有关课程的咨询,并结合学生特点为学生设计个人发展方案
- 建立学生信息数据库,维护与学生以及家长的良好关系

Registration Officer
Responsibilities:


1. SBC Documentation compilation, maintenance and management
2. SBC Student archives establishment and maintenance;
3. External counter service for SBC staff inquiries related to documents;
4. Internal counter service for students inquiries related to archives;
5. Back up Exam Officer and Registration Officer during recruitment cycle.


Requirement:


1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in Education, Education Management, English etc.
2. Minimum one year working experience, preferably in education industry;
3. Experience in Evaluation Project in Higher Education would be a plus;
4. Be able to draft documents at college level;
5. Organizational Skills & Coordinating Skills.
Admission Consultant (Guangzhou Office)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the set up of new office
- Responsible for recruitment of students
- Achieve sales target
